Campaign to protect the Manhood Peninsula from over development
A march will be held on Saturday 29th January at 10.00am from Priory Park to County Hall to highlight the campaign to protect the Manhood Peninsula and Harbour Villages from further development. This is being organised under the umbrella of Caring for our Community Ltd.
Whilst it is good news that CDC has been able to identify a five-year housing supply, our concerns continue that both the Manhood Peninsula and Harbour Villages remain unprotected until the Local Plan is in place. Additionally, we want to ensure that the unique identity of these areas is recognised in the Plan, with every effort being made to protect rather than develop.
We would like to invite you to join us on the day.
